Is my credit card information safe?

We take data security seriously at TripCreator. We store data at Google Cloud Platform and ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches. All our plans include SSL encryption to keep your and your customers’ data safe. We do not store any credit card data.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at 9 USD/month, please see the pricing page for more details or contact us at support@tripcreator.com.

Does TripCreator take any commission?

No, TripCreator does not take commission from your revenue. Our business model is based on monthly subscriptions.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Absolutely! TripCreator is a pay-as-you go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription in Admin under Billing & Subscription.

Am I locked into a contract?

There is no contract, just pay as you go, month-to-month and you can cancel at any time without penalty.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No, you can sign up and use TripCreator during the two trial weeks without entering your credit card details.

Are discounts are available?

Yes! Discounts depend on user volume and are available to Plus and Premium plan users. Please contact support@tripcreator.com for more details.

Will I be charged automatically each month?

Yes, once your trial ends and you enter your credit card details the subscription is renewed automatically until it is canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep in mind that the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for TripCreator Basic or Plus plan, the trial is automatically turned on for you. It includes access to all features applicable for your plan. After it ends you are asked to enter your credit card details to continue to use TripCreator.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After your trial ends you are asked to choose a suitable payment plan and enter your credit card details to continue to use TripCreator.

What is included in the free trial?

Free trial includes access to all features applicable for your chosen plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Are there any additional charges or setup fees?

There are no hidden charges with any of our account plans. However, TripCreator pricing is designed to fit your business needs – we do offer addons like TripCreator widget or domain masking for an additional cost. Also, mobile app rebranding service has a setup fee. Please, find all the details on the pricing page.

What is your cancelation policy?

The cancelation is risk-free. If you decide that TripCreator does not fit your business needs, you can cancel at any time. Simply cancel your subscription from your control panel in admin under Billing & Subscriptions. Note that it will remain active until the end of the paid term.
