  • How to purchase subscription to TripCreator?

    After you receive a platform demo you will be provided with a trial account, which can be activated anytime from your Billing settings page. 

  • Can I invite my team to collaborate?

    Absolutely! Multiple team members can be signed up to have access to your company's account and team members can collaborate on creating content and distribution of itineraries. 

  • Is there a limit to how many team members can be signed up?

    No, there are no limitations to the team size.

  • Can team members be subscribed to different TripCreator plans?

    No, subscription is applied to the account, not individual users. 

  • How do I update my billing information?

    To update your billing details, open your account navigate to its settings page, where you can select Billing and subscription tab, then your current plan and update your billing email, credit card details and other information. 

  • Is there a limit to how many itineraries can be created?

    There is no limis on the number of itineraries that can be created.

  • What is needed to start the integration process?

    You'll need a Pro plan TripCreator account to be eligible for the Bokun integration. You'll also need a Bokun account to connect to your TripCreator account.

  • Are there any subscription requirements for the integration to work?

    Yes, you need the TripCreator Pro plan subscription, or higher to enable the Bokun integration for your account.

  • How do I authenticate or connect the two systems?

    To activate Bokun for your account, TripCreator creates a custom app accessible to you in the Bokun AppStore. You will be asked to authenticate with your TripCreator API key.

  • What data will be synced or transferred between the systems?

    Supplier names, product titles, product locations, images, descriptions, rates, departure times and vacancies for each departure.

  • How frequently is data updated or synced?

    The data is retrieved directly from your Bokun account, you are always working with updated information.

  • What is the process for disconnecting or uninstalling the integration?

    You can disconnect the Bokun integration in General settings > Integrations. You can also uninstall the TripCreator app from the Bokun AppStore.
