It can be both time consuming and complicated to make supplier bookings - and keep track of the current state of every itinerary project that you've sold. The TripCreator Operation module simplifies these day-to-day activities by allowing you to send out initial operation requests from the system - and keep track of the responses from your suppliers.
The TripCreator Operation modules allows you to:
- Send bookings, allotment requests, amendment requests, reconfirmation requests and cancellations to your suppliers
- Your suppliers can respond to your requests, insert reference numbers, dates and notes online
- Have an overview of what supplier does what for a specific itinerary
- You can generate vouchers for all or selected services
- You can monitor and keep track of incoming invoices for specific itineraries and keep an overview of your profits
