The TripCreator Operation module simplifies these day-to-day activities by allowing you to send out initial operation requests from the system - and keep track of the responses from your suppliers.


The TripCreator Operation modules allows you to:


  • Send bookings, allotment requests, amendment requests, reconfirmation requests and cancellations to your suppliers
  • Your suppliers can respond to your requests, insert reference numbers, dates and notes online
  • Have an overview of what supplier does what for a specific itinerary
  • You can generate vouchers for all or selected services
  • You can monitor and keep track of incoming invoices for specific itineraries and keep an overview of your profits
