Introducing TripCreator V3 — and what it means for you

We’re excited to share that TripCreator V3 is almost here. V3 is the next generation of the platform you already use every day — a natural continuation of everything we’ve been building, taking your itinerary design, sales, operations and online selling to the next level.

Our platform team is now in the final phase of testing before V3 goes live. In the coming days we’ll also launch a brand-new website with everything you need to know about V3 — including full pricing and a closer look at what’s new. Here’s what’s coming, and what it means for your account.

V3 is the next step, not a reset

Everything you rely on in TripCreator is still here — the same core of creating, selling and operating trips — now rebuilt to be faster, more capable, and more automated from end to end. If you know TripCreator today, V3 will feel familiar from day one, with a great deal more power under the hood.

What’s new in V3

• AI, built in. V3 introduces AI features that take the manual work out of everyday tasks — from turning your existing material into structured itineraries to speeding up building, content and everyday admin, so your team spends more time selling and less time on repetitive work.
• Automation from end to end. From first enquiry to a paid booking and the handoff to operations, more of your workflow runs automatically — fewer spreadsheets, fewer manual steps, fewer things to chase.
• A modern, faster experience. A rebuilt platform that’s quicker to work in and easier to learn, across itinerary design, CRM and sales, and day-to-day operations.
• Sell on your own website. Embeddable pricing and booking widgets let travellers quote, book and pay directly on your site, with every enquiry landing in your CRM.

We’ll cover each of these in detail on the new website launching in the coming days.

A simpler subscription

As part of V3 we’re simplifying our plans. V3 comes with a single subscription that most closely resembles today’s Pro plan — so everyone gets the full capability of the platform, without having to choose between tiers.

This means the current Standard subscription will be retired in V3.

If you’re on Standard today, we’ve got you covered: when you move to V3 you’ll keep your current Standard rate for your first 3 months, before moving to the standard V3 rate. That gives you time to settle in and see the value before there’s any change to what you pay.

Full, transparent V3 pricing will be available on our new website, launching in the coming days.

Migrate on your own schedule — there’s no rush

Moving to V3 is something we’ll plan together, individually, at a time that suits you. There is no deadline and no pressure:

• V2 stays open. We’ll keep V2 running for a long time. The pace of migration depends entirely on how V3 is received.
• Migrations are scheduled one at a time, so we can make sure your data and setup move across smoothly.
• Nothing changes until you’re ready. You can keep working exactly as you do today until we’ve planned your move together.
